Natural Stone Pavers
Natural stone pavers are not man-made products. The difference between concrete or brick pavers and natural stone pavers is the place of production: concrete and clay brick pavers are manufactured whereas natural stone pavers are produced from natural stone deposits. Natural stone paving provides a naturally charming landscape environment, a very desirable treatment for any outdoor landscape garden areas such as courtyards, patios, walkways, pool decks, stepping stones and walkways. The purpose of having natural stone pavers installed is to blend in nature. Natural stone pavers create a dynamic, classic or timeless look to any landscape garden. Natural stone pavers are safe for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. They have a non-skid surface even when the stones are wet. Natural stone pavers   are characteristically a very dense material. It is also known to be a low-absorption type of paving material. These factors make natural stone pavers impervious to freeze-thaw conditions. Natural stone pavers will not split or deteriorate under extreme weather conditions. The main benefit of utilizing such colors is the guarantee that the colors cast throughout the stone paver will not fade, chip or scratch off. Different types of natural stone pavers, including quartzite, slate, limestone, travertine and bluestone, reap different colors. Natural stone pavers   are acid resistant; normally set on a base of crushed rocks and sand or they can be set straight on top of soil without the need for a base. The gaps between the stones are often filled with sand or planted with low ground covers. Although natural stone paving is considerably more expensive than the concrete paver alternatives, or the increasingly popular block paving, it does have a cachet that no other form of paving can offer. It has an indefinite life-span and should never need to be replaced.
